Client onboarding

Before your integration begins, Vrtx needs a small set of business documents and a short conversation with your team. This is a one-time process — once it's done, you won't revisit it.

We handle the rest

Once documents are submitted and the onboarding call is complete, Vrtx handles compliance registration, sponsor bank setup, and SDK configuration. Most partners are sandbox-ready within a few business days.

Documents required

Commercial registration (CR)

Your official Saudi CR certificate confirming your business is legally incorporated and active.

Articles of association

Your company's founding document covering ownership structure, activities, and signatory authority.

National address

Your registered national address as recorded with the Saudi Post (Wasl) system.

Bank account IBAN letter

An official bank letter confirming your company's IBAN, used for settlement and payout configuration.

Contact information

Primary technical and business contact — name, email, and mobile number for both.

Onboarding call

After documents are submitted, we schedule a short working session to understand your product and configure the SDK correctly from day one.

Developer bandwidth

How much engineering time can you realistically allocate? This helps us scope the right level of SDK customisation and agree on a timeline that works for your team.

Your tech stack

What does your current stack look like — mobile, web, or both? React Native, Flutter, native? This determines which SDK flavours and sample code we prepare for you.

A demo of your app

A walkthrough of your app — even a prototype — lets us map the Vrtx wallet and card experience directly onto your existing user journey before integration starts.

Partners who share a demo go live faster

We use your app walkthrough to support you in building your user journey and understand your use case. It consistently saves days of back-and-forth during integration.
